WWII M1 Garand fixed?

After installing the new patch, one thing I have tried is the buggy M1 Garand.
When the game was released, it was one of my fav. weapons.
What is better, than killing such a high-tech guy with a good old M1?

Okay – I hopped in and gave it a try. My team was crap and enemies started baseraping, but I flanked them and got my two kills with the M1 before the match was finished.
And look: It seems, like the kills are counting now! So see me next time with a M1 again

Seems like the M1 is fixed in BC2
